WOW, we don't have enough positive words to say about the care & professionalism that we were afforded by Tesha Perry's Giving Group Realty realtors. Specifically, Alisha Sperling worked with us to both sell and purchase homes. Alisha's concern, attentiveness to our needs, and EVERYTHING she did to make our experience of selling & buying homes simultaneously have been over-the-top and amazingly outstanding!! This already challenging process of down-sizing came at a time when we were also faced with major medical challenges and changes to physical capabilities--which made our abilities to be more flexible and do work that was needed to be done more quickly nearly impossible. Alisha was so very willing to meet our needs and even went above and beyond of what might be asked of one's realtor to do...besides being knowledgeable and able to provide us with insightful input to questions we asked of her, she listened well, we felt she 'heard' our concerns, she always presented a demeanor of optimism & cheerfulness in our interactions/ exchanges...we can't imagine having a more ideal realtor than we had in Alisha!! I feel so fortunate to have found Zach Shaver to list our mobile home for us. It was imperative to get the property listed as quickly as possible, and other realtors simply didn't appear to be very motivated. Zach jumped on it immediately, and we were in the MLS and online on the same day I signed the listing with him. Even though he has not been an agent for long, I could immediately tell that this guy was for real and he was hungry to make a sale. He is an excellent communicator, and he is always careful to pass on accurate info and correct answers. And although I did not actually meet any of the other team members, I can tell he is surrounded by a wealth of experience that will surely lead him down the path of success. During the course of our escrow, we had several obstacles thrown at us that may have caused a less-driven agent to just give up on the deal, but Zach took it all in stride like a pro. On top of all of that, Zach is just an all-around good human being. I could not be happier with the results we got working with Zach, and I will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know who is shopping for a top-notch agent who gets things done!

We HIGHLY recommend Alisha Sperling of Giving Group Realty. From start to finish, we were highly satisfied with services provided during our home listing and selling process. Both Alisha and Tesha came to our home for our initial consultation as we decided if and when to list our home. They came prepared with detailed information about not only our home and comparable listings, but also data from our neighborhood, local area and county. The materials were very nicely created (love their logo and color scheme) and easy to navigate. They walked us through the listing process and were very patient with our questions and concerns. We were very confident in moving forward with them. The listing process was seamless with detailed instructions as to what steps would be happening along the way. The people on their team and whom they worked with were very professional and did a wonderful job capturing the beauty of our home. Alisha has an excellent communication style and is so very easy to work with. She is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. Alisha always kept us informed at each step of the selling process. She often went above and beyond to assist us with many things along the way. We had a challenging family crisis during our selling process and not only was she thoughtful in bringing us flowers to brighten the day, but also offered to ride along during a showing so I wouldn't have to be alone. In addition, we were not able to be there for final walk-through so Alisha was present for it and took care of the final details (picking up and hand delivering items to the donation center for us) to ensure our home was ready for close. Also of note is Giving Group Realty's fabulous philosophy of giving back--they increased their donations to our three chosen organizations which really meant a lot to us. It is a shame that we are only able to give Alisha Sperling and Giving Group Realty a 5-star rating as they deserve much more.

As A first time home buyer I had reservations about the roll a Realtor plays in the modern age. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful a good realtor team can be in the process. The Giving Group team helped me with information gathering and scheduling viewings. My agent Burton understood my families needs and was excellent at seeing hurdles as well as little things that were important to us. We were able to find a great home in a hot market, and our agent was invaluable in helping us negotiate the purchase. After a job change required me to relocate several hours away, I needed to sell my home. Over the course of five years, I listed the home twice using two independent real estate agents. In both cases, their efforts produced little interest and certainly no bona fide offers. As a result, the home sat vacant with the exception of brief periods where the home was rented.
