We worked with Alisha Sperling from January to August 2026 to sell a house we inherited. Alisha was a joy to work with during an extremely difficult time in our lives as we were navigating loss and illness while trying to sell a 6 acre property with a huge, beautiful, but stuck in the early 90's house. My mother-in-law recommended Alisha before she passed and we decided to continue working with her as we found her personable, knowledgeable, warm, and kind. Alisha was able to help us navigate a softening market with a unique property. During this time, I was also diagnosed with cancer, and Alisha was extremely supportive, flexible, and patient without dropping the ball or being overly intrusive. She even helped me plant flowers in the front and wash windows in the back. I loved that she threw multiple open houses that were well attended and she gave great advice that was echoed by buyers. The Aligned system she and her team worked with kept us up-to-date and helped us keep track of all the ridiculous details that I didn't even know existed. Communication was awesome, via text, email, and phone calls depending on the issue. We have an anxious large dog and she was very accommodating of our unique requests and our dog loves her! I recommend Alisha without reservation and we will be using her to sell a second home, and to purchase if we decide to live in Washington state.
